We have a 101 days smile guarantee return policy! If you're not entirely satisfied with any item(s) you recently purchased from us, just email us at email@example.com and tell us the order # and item(s) you wish to return.
To ensure a full refund, please check that:
1. the product was purchased within the last 101 days and is not a final sale item.
2. the product is in its original packaging.
3. you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If all the above are true, we'll email you a pre-paid return shipping label (paid for by Memebox!) so you can easily ship the product back to us for a full refund. We can only provide 1 pre-paid return shipping label per order, so be sure to include all items you wish to return in 1 package. Once our warehouse receives your package, your return will be processed within 10 days.
Your return item must be shipped out within 101 days of its purchase date. The ship out date is the date posted after "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" in the tracking number for the return package (ex: "Accepted at USPS Origin Facility", "Acceptance", etc)
Boxes/Kits/Value Sets: If you buy the whole pie- you must return the whole pie. Each Memebox has its own SKU (stock keeping unit) which includes all the items and counts as ONE unit. Therefore, products included in a box or value set cannot be returned individually.
All refunds are processed back to your original form of payment including any Memepoints used towards the order. When you place an order using Memepoints, they're evenly distributed amongst the items so each item is discounted equally, as a percentage of the values. When you're refunded, you'll see a partial refund in your bank account and the Memepoints in your Memebox account. Refunds are calculated automatically by our system and we cannot accept any special requests.
Since you earn at least 1 Memepoint per $1 spent on an order, those Memepoints are automatically deducted from your account as well.
